Partner with YOACAP to host motivated, work-ready interns who are eager to learn and contribute. Our internship program connects local businesses and organizations with young adults seeking hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and career exploration. Together, we can build a stronger workforce and open doors for Philadelphia’s future leaders.

The Bryant Heard II Scholarship Award honors Bryant Heard II, an 18-year-old participant who was in YOACAP's Building Trade Pre-Apprenticeship Program, who was tragically killed on April 20, 2021, after he passed the plumbers and carpenters apprenticeship exam.
Each year, his parents present this award and monetary support to youth in our 18-24 pre-apprenticeship program. Support the Bryant Heard II Scholarship Award for young women and men who want to get into the building trades.

Tajuana Wall worked at YOACAP from 2011 until her unexpected passing on April 8, 2020. Each year, her mother, Ms. Marshall-Wall presents a scholarship award at the YOACAP Recognition Event to high school students working to improve their future. Support the Tajuana Wall Scholarship Award.
